Help Desk
Send a support request.
Use this for booking issues, client incidents, pay questions, equipment issues, schedule changes, tech issues, or other requests for the WELLBLOCK team.

Parking Receipt / Log
Submit or track parking.
Use this to submit parking for reimbursement review or to track in-home parking for your records.

Treatment Sign-Out
Complete your session sign-out.
Complete the sign-out inside the hub. When live, this submits to WELLBLOCK operations through Zapier, Airtable, or Cloudflare routing.
